Umami Martini
A classic with an umami twist.
Ingredients
- 3oz Pacific House Deep Umami Gin
- 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
- Lemon twist for garnish
Steps
Add Pacific House gin and vermouth into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
